Since when can Cesium.8ek be sent to the CE? #182

Since when does Cesium send through TI-Connect? Cesium.zip The 8ek sent without errors to my rev. L CE running 5.3.0 with OS verification disabled, via Ti-Connect CE. I found this when sending files from calc->computer to back up then computer->calc afterwards. All memory was cleared beforehand. A fresh installation of TIOS.

This probably has more to do with OS verification, but it's an interesting find regardless.

Edit: os verification uses the same code as app verification. lol
