Cesium not installing on the TI-84 Plus CE Python Edition #187

Firmware version: 5.6.1.12

I decided to install a few games on my new TI-84 Plus CE (Python) calculator today and install Cesium, as it said to do because TI disabled Asm apps and people said Cesium was working- only for I to find out that Cesium doesn't show up in the apps list.

I restarted my calculator, unplugged it, etc. Transferred it from TI Connect CE.

Am I doing something wrong or is my brain just too flat?
