Add compatibility with Doors CSE programs or make a TI-Basic icon editor

The program that was highlighted to be used for making TI-Basic icons and descriptions in icons_descriptions.md is not compatible with the current release of Cesium and requires Doors to be used, is there a work around that can be done?

Can you please be more specific? The highlighted program works fine for creating icons.

When I run the program it tells me to download Doors CSE to run it, isn't that another shell? (ran it at home as it does the exact same thing in cesium)

Found the older version https://www.ticalc.org/archives/files/fileinfo/455/45564.html works fine
