pulledport requires Switch, whose functionality is integrated into >=perl-5.10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to run pulledpork.pl on a system without the Switch perl module installed

The module is missing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v0.6.1 on gentoo i686

Please provide any additional information below.
Since perl version 5.10, the features offered by the Switch perl module have 
been integrated.  The "require 5.010;" and "use feature qw|switch|;" pragmas 
enable switch functionality without the required module.
