What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make sure
rule_url=http://labs.snort.org/feeds/ip-filter.blf|IPBLACKLIST|open is enabled
in pulledpork.conf
2. Run PP once
2. Run PP with -n flag

What is the expected output?
PP updates rulesets. And outputting Rule stats like the following:

Rule Stats...
        New:-------0
        Deleted:---0
        Enabled Rules:----13590
        Dropped Rules:----0
        Disabled Rules:---3194
        Total Rules:------16784

What do you see instead?
file /tmp//IPBLACKLIST does not exist!
at ./pulledpork.pl line 1881

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v0.6.2dev "the Cigar Pig", SVN version r255, on FreeBSD 9.0.
