Fixes issue 127: manually dereference hash as auto-dereferencing only works in 
perl versions > 5.14

I tested this on a CentOS 6.4 VPS server with Perl v5.10.1 taken from the 
CentOS "updates" repository. Rules file was populated as expected and 
sid-msg.map created successfully. This should support all versions of RHEL6 and 
CentOS6 distros. Perhaps someone who is running perl 5.8 on a CentOS5/RHEL5 box 
can confirm compatibility there.
