Hey there, I don't use the Zendesk chat so my knowledge about it is limited. But doing a quick search it seems that real time updates are not supported by default (see). So perhaps this has to be handled using push notifications (which unfortunately are not supported yet) or in another way inside the app.
I'll leave this open in case somebody has an insight on how to solve it. Happy to help with the solution.
when I am in a conversation, then the customer support messages not updating . need to go back and forward then the chat will update.
