Lag on nexus 5 (openstore reported) #28

it seems the new format has taken a performance hit on the nexus 5

it seems loading the app with QQuickView instead of QQmlApplicationEngine within the cpp has a very positive effect on performance, also removing morph.web seems to reduce the overhead at the cost of the custom selection menus.
