Extension host logs German message to console after updating to 5.4.1 #2362

After updating to version 5.4.1 of the extension, I see a message saying Sprache: en (German for Language: en) in VSCode developer tools:

Additional Details My VS Code language is set to English and I don't have any language packs installed. When debugging an extension, the same message shows in the Debug Console.

@t1m0thyj Thanks for pointing that out. I removed that log message which was added to debug another issue.
