[Icon Request]: Justfile, ShellScript Folder Folder #2543

For ShellScript Folder icon, personally I think the CMD folder icon is elegent enough, so we can paint it to red or brown with a little modification.

For Justfile ... sorry, I find myself at the limits of imagination. It doesn't even have an official icon! Maybe we can modify from the Makefile icon?

Justfile has an icon in the extension, it's the favicon of https://just.systems/ (the documentation website) colored in red.
