[Icon Request] docker-compose icon different color than Dockerfile #857

The Seti Icon Theme gives different colors for Dockerfile and docker-compose.yml files, which is useful because they are significantly different files. It would be nice to incorporate that different into the Material Icon Theme.

Currently, Material Theme uses the same color:
