Style Definitions for state layers #217

Describe the bug When I define a style using the material-theme-builder in figma, the style definitions for state layers and surfaces do not update automatically when I define the new color theme.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. define new style
  2. click 'state layers'
  3. check hex values for each state layer.

Expected behavior The hex values should change to match the newly defined color scheme.
