Jetpack Compose color variables export does not include latest Material 3 colors:

surfaceBright 
surfaceContainer 
surfaceContainerHigh
surfaceContainerHighest 
surfaceContainerLow
surfaceContainerLowest 
surfaceDim

I guess they'll be added in the future as stated here.
