Add option to *import* theme on the Website version of Material Theme Builder #287

Sometimes I want to make small adjustments to my theme, I either have to use the Figma Plugin, which is slow because it not only has to generate the palette, it also needs to make it usable with Figma, or I use the website version, which is incredibly faster, but I can't import existing themes, which means I need to start from scratch every time.

Describe the solution you'd like Add an import option on the website

Additional context It is clear that Google is expanding Material Tokens, Surface Container and Accents Fixed were tokens added later, when a new token is added we shouldn't need to start a theme from scratch, just add the import option, take the seed colors and recreate the theme
