Explore support for tvOS

We currently don't have any build targets for tvOS. This task requires doing the following:

• [ ] Create a tvOS build target in the catalog.
• [ ] Add tvOS support to the MaterialMotion.podspec. Docs
• [ ] Create an app that can house a variety of case studies.
• [ ] Build case studies.
