Updated the DFT schema #1

  1. Changed some of the wording. I prefer the word 'calculation' to simulation for DFT
  2. Removed code from schema, as this is elsewhere in search index.
  3. Added list field for additional settings. I want to be able to mark whether a calculation uses some advanced methods. It would be a pain for both users and us to keep track of individual Boolean fields for each of the possible things. Downside of this choice: Harder to control vocabulary
