Deploy on DockerHub and on Materials Cloud #12

Now that #9 has been merged, it's time to deploy this (it contains critical bug fixes).

I created a tag but the action fails (it first seems to login successfully in DockerHub, but then it says "unauthorised")? https://github.com/materialscloud-org/tools-phonon-dispersion/runs/3263076812?check_suite_focus=true#step:7:317

I'm not sure what the problem is. @elsapassaro could you please

  1. check why it does not work, fix it (either in the configuration of GitHub, or via new commits that have to go via a PR)
  2. if you added new commits, move the git tag v21.08.0 to the correct commit
  3. re-run the action and if it all works, deploy it in development and production?

Note that I have merged 1 more PR (#13) and moved the tag to the most recent commit. The tests are running now here (still failing): https://github.com/materialscloud-org/tools-phonon-dispersion/runs/3264056246?check_suite_focus=true#step:7:339
