add support for phonopy #2

the phonon visualizer actually supports the phonopy format out of the box: http://henriquemiranda.github.io/phononwebsite/index.html

you can just upload the bands.yaml file here: http://henriquemiranda.github.io/phononwebsite/phonon.html

it should be very easy to support it in the materials cloud tool as well
