Adopting a code of conduct #1

we are going to host events and they will be demonstrably open. opening events means that we should have clearly defined boundaries for conduct and ways to mediate any conflict.

before our first workshop we should have a code of conduct and reporting solution.

For our interactive cloud workshops we have adopted a code of conduct based on the Materials Project workshops, but admittedly we haven't emphasized it much: https://github.com/materialsgenomefoundation/workshop/blob/9eb79bffc675c5df93d0173ff57df0330b0739d3/workshop/code_of_conduct.md

I wouldn't say that document has strong buy-in right now, but it could be a useful starting point for discussion.
