Add gpus-per-node and gpus options #448

Adding the --gpus and --gpus-per-node flag. This seems to be preferred to --gres on NERSC (see https://docs-dev.nersc.gov/cgpu/access/)

hi @sivonxay, I think this was addressed in a recent PR from @lastephey as well. I am closing for now but feel free to re-open if your need is not addressed.
