Problem

We need a new chairperson for the period Aug - Nov 2024.

Proposed Solution

Please could someone volunteer and update the chairperson.md file.

Hi @utf , I'm happy to volunteer (and just updated chairperson.md), but if someone who has not been chair before would like to step up instead, I'll gladly defer to them.
