Sculk Catalyst are bright and seem out of place

Describe the bug Sculk Catalyst blocks glow/emit lights. There's no settings currently to turn this off. The glow makes them look really out of place.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Locate a Sculk biome
2. Notice Sculk Catalyst are very bright while surrounded by darkness

Expected behavior Sculk Catalysts don't emit lights OR there is an option to turn it off

I mean, catalysts DO emit light, even in vanilla. I guess the lighting changes make it stand out a bit more, but there's no special treatment Miniature does to make catalysts "glow". I'll add it to the list, though.
