As I mentioned in https://github.com/mateusortiz/webcomponentsweekly.me/issues/28#issuecomment-134935641 it would be cool if you could publish dom-bind-notifier custom element which make Polymer's <template is="dom-bind"> observe changes as good old <template bind>

file-input: A better <input type="file">. A file-input that allow styling, validation, etc.
