Improvements in Layers reorder animation #55

I didn't liked the layers reorder animation which was a bit choppy in some cases, it was related to complete layers list re-render on items order change. I was considering changing the way layers (and their order) are stored but decided to handle that just on the component level. You can see how it looked and improved animation below.
