Hello,

I like this program - thanks. I found an experimental thing. If you use "object management" pulugin of GLPI (https://github.com/pluginsGLPI/genericobject) to create new asset - eg. called "UPS" (because the devices not good for us). image

It use own model structure instead of the base. image

If I your module with these plugin - it give only "mafucaturer" instead of "manufacturer + model". The base assets works as well as you seen: Cumputer, monitor or devices, but not the custom device types. image

It print only "Dell" instead "Dell E-Port Plus II", but the main data filled correctly. image

Hi, I am using Generic Object with Protocols Manager and everything works fine. Please provide me your GLPI, PHP and Generic Object plugin version, I will take a look into it.

Hello,

GLPI: 9.3.1 Objects management: 2.6.2 PHP Version 7.1.33-24

I'll ask my management the possibility of version upgrade. (PHP and Glpi).

Have you any information about this? Some changes in system, but this error available now. GLPI 9.5.4 Objects management: 2.11 Protocols manager: 1.4 PHP: 7.2
