I think this is generation (Dompdf v1.2.2) problem. The earlier version generating definitely good the hungarian national non standard characters orginial: öüóőúéáűí / ÖÜÓŐÚÉÁŰÍ öüó?úéá?í / ÖÜÓ?ÚÉÁ?Í This is the actual version. Definitely missing the őŐ / űŰ

Check other fonts, this national non standard characters are depend on a specific font. Replacing the font file can also help with ones that contain these characters.

It is also worth reporting shortcomings in the dompdf itself.

Fyi: The original version - with same font works as well. I'll do that tomorrow.
