Ubuntu 22.04 PHP 8.0.20 GLPI 10.0.1 Protocolmanager develop-v10-dompdf by @Wolvverine

I don't have Polish characters on protocol. I tried few fonts. Could anyone help. 2022-06-22 12_22_53-document send php

try DejaVu Sans font.
