We would like to have a functionality which allows to take a motion from the AMASS dataset and disturb it in a controlled manner. For now let's apply disturbances uniformly on all joints.
The output should be compatible with the viser visualization - we want to be able to see how disturbed motions look like.
We also want to be able to project the disturbed motion onto the PoseNDF manifold
