Purpose

Enables the creation of users via POST to /organisations/{orgId}/users
Enables the retrieval of users via GET to /organisations/{orgId}/users/{userId}

How to Test

Get the code

git clone [repo-address]
cd [repo-name]
git checkout [branch-name]
npm install

Test the code

cd ./integration-tests
npm install
npm run local:test
