Purpose

Allows verified users to be registered in order to fix #46
Upgrades to Spring Boot 2.4.1
Upgrades to Mongo 4.1.1

How to Test

Get the code

git clone [repo-address]
cd [repo-name]
git checkout [branch-name]
cd ./integration-tests
npm install

Test the code

npm run local:test

OR

npm run local:test:windows

Verify that the following are valid

New Unit test has been added to check verified users can be registered
