Adds and improves CSS to handle new HTML output from mathblogging-base. Fixes #1 and fixes #2.

update colors
turn list of links to card-like design, aligning with twitter cards on front page
move "Catgories" to primary sidebar to allow jump to categories on mobile; style to keep the change subtle.
improve link to RSS feed for each category.
move to sass files; fixes #2.
