Changes & Additions

• refactored and added additional datahelpers for the API's
  • getCachedTutorial
  • cacheTutorial

• tutorial builder now auto-saves changes. No need to manually save the tutorial state.
• When we submit a tutorial, we save the tutorial state before creating a pull request
• When we delete a tutorial, we delete the cached tutorial state stored in Redis before deleting the branch.
• Added socket.io library which is used by the auto-save mechanism
• removed https library because its not needed to serve https; the nginx reverse proxy handles it.
• fixed dropdown bugfix bug to hide the dropdown when the user clicks away from the dropdown
• We now show a loading indicator when the user visits the review-tutorial view.
• upgraded to fontawesome v5

• added a debounce for the input fields in the tutorial builder for better UX
