Create container for entire site and make sure the cards are centered and equal in proportion at each breakpoint. #97

Let's get all the cards centering nicely at each breakpoint (use a container and CSS to do so would be my approach). The white ones (larger) are keepers, but lets get them centered :)

Is this issue resolved? The cards all seem to be centered nicely over the full range of breakpoints already.
