Was going to be enabled Thursday, July 21, but I noticed minute granularity is causing trains to jump directly between stations (more specifically Park Street to Downtown Crossing to South Station). Might need to adjust to higher frequency and investigate whether we have enough API reqs for positions + predictions. On hold, will update

This is now my top priority--holding for more timezone testing. Hoping to get it on 7/30

Now online as of 7/30 10:25pm. Monitoring API call count and data consistency
