Start and End Times for GPS Collars #55

Is there a way to include a selection where the user can insert the start and end times & dates, which would truncate data not included within the timeframe?

Implemented as of 2/15 update to master

@arispes Just tried pushing a fix for the problem where the .zip files couldn't be uploaded.
