Added "3.8" to version line in metadata.json #11

This simple fix makes this extension work wonderfully under gnome-shell 3.8. Tested on arch linux. Also, various other users reported that this fix works without problem. See the comments in the Gnome Extensions page.

I still haven't had a chance to try personally but a number of users have told me it works, so I'll go ahead and merge for now. Don't forget to report any bugs. Cheers!
