Refactor: Suggestions

final touches for working MVP (already used to generate corrections, fairly happy with how it works, though nothing is perfect!)

• suggestions now in dictionary rather than individual files (bit more memory overhead)
  • option for CSV-generation still exists, but the option to read it into spellfix.py has been removed, can add it back later.
• docs still missing
• most bugs squashed (probabilities sometimes still show up as zero when they probably should not).
