  1. Enabled the Arduino MEGA 2560 definition
  2. Updated BREAKSPEED to resolve flickering

Increasing BREAKSPEED might have bad effects on other DMX devices that require the long break. Therefore I will not merge this change to avoid those problems as long as they are hard-coded.
