Does not work with ATTiny88 on pins 12 and 13

I am attempting to use your encoder library on a project of mine that employs an ATTiny88 with an EC11 rotary encoder attached to pins 12 and 13.

Here is my code, which compiles and runs without your library, but misses lots of interrupts and often reports the wrong direction: Rotary Encoder Good.txt
