BIDS study ingestion

bids_parse_study() now handles parsing whole studies

Big changes to accommodate the new PET BIDS specification.

New blooddata structure, and improvements to the create_blooddata_components() command
bd_getdata() is now purged, and replaced with bd_extract() and bd_create_input()
bd_extract() also allows extracting the data as raw, predicted, or interpolated predicted data
update_blooddata() to accommodate blooddata objects saved with the old format

Linear models

Now have the option of using durations instead of just trapezoidal integration.
A new model for a linearised 2TCM
