Make sure widget tabs are targeted per widget #8

The widget tabs are nice, but they are affecting all widgets in a sidebar. Target them uniquely.

Same issue for the new slideDown() and slideUp() on "checked" feature. It's expanding/collapsing all the widgets in the same sidebar. Target per widget.
