300g Flour 300g White Sugar 1 and 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 3/4 tsp Salt 250ml Fresh Pineapple Juice reduced 1:2 100g Oil 10g White Vinegar 5g Fresh Herbs (Mint & Lemon Balm)

100g oil? Maybe reduce 10-20%

Definitely reduce oil to 80g
