300g Flour 300g White Sugar 1 and 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 3/4 tsp Salt 250ml Fresh Orange Juice reduced 1:2 20g Lemon Flavoured oil 20g Albaöl (Vegan Butter) 50g Oil 10g White Vinegar

50min on 180C

End result very oily The reduction tasted a bit bitter.

Next time:

Fresh juice 1:1 with essence (or rasps)
+50g Juice
-20g oil

Maybe downgrade to 200g flour base?

75g Vegan butter 150g Juice (2 Oranges) Rasps from 2 oranges 100g Water 5g Gluten No Vinegar

Long mix weak structure (butter + sugar + liquids) low speed Half Flour 1 minute max speed Flour + salt + gluten + baking powder another afterwards and mix 1 minute max speed

45 min (could be 40) at 190C, fancy round form
