125 g Weizen Mehl 550
2 TL Kardamom
30 g Zucker
1 Packung trockenhefe
100 ml Water
35 g weiche vegane Margarine
1 Prise Salz

Füllung

40 g vegane Margarine 60 g Zucker 1 EL Zimt

220C for 15 min covered on a butter coated glass form 220C for 10 min uncovered

Dough was too dry, probably 20% more water. Too much filling. Probably needs to be rolled more times, 1 x 2 proportion when opening the dough.

Original is best with stand mixer, 6 minutes work. 10% more if knead by hand
