50g Vegan Butter 85g Wasser 1 pinch salt 250g Flour 550

Filling

500g Apples cut in stripes 50g cranberries (because raisins suck) 1 tbsp Jamaica Rum Lemon juice as needed to not brown the apples

Filling Absorber

100g Sugar 1 tbsp Cinnamon 75g Whole wheat bread crumbs 40g Vegan Butter

Filling Coating

20g Vegan Butter
