Small typo: final word in the key ideas section currently reads as 'compilers,' I believe you meant 'compliers.'

As a general note this is really great work! I am a big fan of nearly all the references you provide and am excited to check out some of the ones I didn't know about. Your section on heterogenous treatment effects and elasticity was super helpful to a problem I was just thinking about. Thanks for your great work!
