Typo in Chapter 10-Matching #309

I believe there is a typo in this sum formula: https://github.com/matheusfacure/python-causality-handbook/blob/f76439d66213cd263aac99b1496b8aa1c2f52362/causal-inference-for-the-brave-and-true/10-Matching.ipynb?short_path=6f0c10f#L163 and the sum should go from k=1 if I am not mistaken? If you agree, I am happy to create a PR for this as well!
