Update makefile. Anyone? #35

Env should have python3, node 5.0.0, mysql with 1 db named idb and user root@123456 (suppose you can make this a config file)
1. Install Python dependencies
2. npm install
3. grunt build imagemin
4. pip install flask && pip install a bunch of other stuff. check the *.py files
5. pm2 kill
6. pm2 start.... forgot the command

@cthfkyn Can you do this? To get the app working on linux. this is the script https://github.com/bluejamesbond/cs373-idb/blob/master/scripts/setup/install.sh
