Be able to move existing buildings to a different tile #13

Thinking here, for the sake of future stuff. If you click on a house. It will have a dropdown or a UI. this UI will pop up on top of the house.

First option can be move.

For future iterations, perhaps we can have other actions in here. Like info, or sell

For now, it will let you move it from one point to another
