use edge centered connections on navigation2d, remove edge connections in project nav settings

There was another way I read online, but it lagged pretty badly:

Issue with that is:

Read that set_cell doesn't just update in the local quadrant. It updates everything.
A more complex nav shape takes up more time to redraw navigation. Squares seem to be better optimized.
